Prior to founding Duncan Massey Inc. nearly 10 years ago, David spent 14 years with a major national staffing company.  During most of his tenure there, David served in management, including years as Vice President of Staffing. 

A St. Louis native, David graduated from Washington University and has spent his entire 30+ year business career in the area.  As company president, David is actively involved in leading sales management and marketing for the organization.

Abby Picht

Vice President of Staffing

Abby has nearly 20 years of experience in IT staffing and nearly 15 years in mangement positions.  Her experience includes Manager of Staffing at a major national staffing firm and 8 years as Vice President of Staffing at Duncan Massey.  Abby is a native of Joplin, MO, but came to the St. Louis area more than 20 years ago.

At Duncan Massey, Abby manages the consulting staff and takes responsibility for much of the business operations. She has her BSBA in Marketing and Management from Missouri Southern State University.
